Frequently Asked Questions
- Do I need an account to use the app?
No. The app does not require an account. Your progress is tied to an anonymous device-based ID.
- I deleted the app and lost my progress. Can it be restored?
No. Practice history is stored locally on your device. If the app is deleted or its data is cleared, your detailed practice history and question-level progress cannot be recovered. However, your last saved Mastery Score can be restored if you reinstall the app on the same device.
- I purchased Premium but it is not showing. What should I do?
Use the “Restore Purchases” option on the “Premium Access” page. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google. If the issue continues, ensure you are signed into the same store account used for the purchase.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by your app store provider:
- iOS: Manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings
- Android: Manage subscriptions in Google Play settings
- The app is crashing or not working properly.
Please update to the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, contact support with your device model and operating system version.
- Why does the app use my location?
Location data is derived from IP address and used only to estimate general region for analytics. It is not stored with personal identity.
